When you send a message to your guests and they view it in their email program, this event is tracked as an open. Not all users display the tracking code when they view the message so the percentage viewed isn't 100% accurate, but this gives you a good indication of how many users have viewed your email
Who viewed your message?
Clicking the total number of messages sent will display a popup of all the guests that were sent your message
Clicking the total number sent above, the following popup will appear showing you a list of recipients and corresponding viewed status
