Refunding customer payments and tickets

Learn how to refund your customers

If you need to process a refund for one or more of your attendees you can perform refunds from the orders section of your event

Log in to your Undiscovered account

  • Click on My Events to navigate to your current and past events
  • From My Events select Manage -> Bookings. 
  • Or if you are already viewing your event, select Bookings -> Payments from the event menu

From the payments page you can find the order that you would like to refund by using the search bar. You can search for any details of the order including name, order number, email etc.


Once you've fund the order that you would like to refund. Click Refund at the bottom of the Actions menu:

Refund the whole order or individual tickets

From the refund pop-up select the tickets you would like to issue a refund for. Or if you would like to refund the entire order just leave the form as is and click the confirm button

Once you confirm the refund your customer will receive a notification via email
