Cancelling Free Bookings
Release free tickets for customers

If you have any free ticket types in your event you can release individual tickets or an entire order.
Cancel a complete booking
To cancel an entire booking and release all tickets on a booking, navigate to your event's payments page in two ways.
Via the event's menu
Or via the event panel menu on your 'My Events' page
Once you've navigated to the bookings page you can search for the payment using the search bar
Next, click the action menu button that's all the way to the right side of the payment row and click 'Cancel Payment'
Confirm by clicking the 'Yes, Release Tickets' button
